Enamel on Copper Unicorn Plate Sunny Yellow Mid Century Margaret "Peggy" Ratcliff 8.5 Plate Mid Century modern

This unicorn plate is signed by one of the US most notable Enamalist Margaret Ratcliff who passed away in 2013.
Margaret's enamel-on-copper was the first retail line of this art form in the US. She presented a keynote address at the American Enamellist Society meeting in 1985 and taught in Belize.
This plate from a local estate measures just over 8 inches. Bright Yellow background with white unicorn. The piece does have a chip on the edge as shown. some small lines coming from the chip can be seen, but this appears to be an old war wound and is likely stable. It's beautiful , whimsical and clearly 1960-70s at the height of the unicorn craze - I suppose there will always be a unicorn craze.

Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Most sellers on Etsy are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes. This information should be clarified in sellers' shop policies. You can learn more about shop policies here.
